In order to ship the injected larvae or ordered fly strains to you, we need your FedEx or DHL account number.
We do not take any responsibility for the condition of the flies due to problems occurring during the shipping process.

Other countries may also require permissions to import transgenic Drosophila. Please check your country’s import regulations. Please make sure that your import permit is still valid.
Please send an import permit from AQUIS (Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service).

Generally, we will first carry out your order. When that is done, we will send you the invoice.
You have two payment options: PayPal and bank transfer. You can use PayPal to either pay via your credit card or via your PayPal account.
If you use PayPal we will add between 3.5 – 4.8% of the service fee to the invoice amount, depending on your country. These are the fees that PayPal charges us. We therefore advise you to use a bank transfer.
Please make sure that we receive the full invoice amount when you select for bank transfer payment.
